What happens if it rains?

The rain as never stopped a Nantais ! The Tour will be maintained.
We offer ponchos to protect you from the rain so you can enjoy the visit without getting wet. We also have gloves at your disposal if it is cold. The city of Nantes is very beautiful in the rain and our electric bikes equipped with solid mud guards have no worries to manage a few puddles! In case of heavy rains or extreme conditions, we will see together with the weather to shift the visit or make a refund

What are the conditions to participate to the tours?

The tours are available for anyone over 1m40 who knows how to ride a bike. For children between 1 and 3 years old (less than 22 kg), baby seats are provided for 5€. For Children less than 40kg, bike trailers are provided for 8€.

How does the tour works ?

The idea is to show you the best places of Nantes by electic bike but you will soon discover this is more than that ! Your guid will make some pit-stops so that you’ll have time to go back in the past with some fun facts and stories about the places. Stops will last a few minutes before we’ll head for other adventures.

How do I pay?

The payment is handled by cash or cheque on the day of the tour directly to your guide. If you want to pay by credit card, please advise us a day before so we can send you a secure email with a paypall link (all credit card accepted)
For groups, companies, and personalised tours a deposit of 50% is necessary (see the general sale conditions on our website)

By transport : Tram Stop "Bretagne" (line 3), Place du Cirque (line 2, C1, C2, C6, 11, 23) then 5 min by foot
