EXCLUDED - From 2024 we offer the delivery of bicycles directly to your accommodation thanks to our bicycle trailer - transport bicycles!

To guarantee top service, we offer free cancellation if you cancel your rental more than 48 hours before departure time.
For each reservation, you benefit from breakage and theft insurance provided by our partner Tulip.
This allows you to be protected in the event of breakage or theft of the equipment. Please note: you will still be asked to pay an additional payment.
Each bike is rented with a repair kit as well as a puncture spray. The bikes are serviced before each rental.
If damage occurs and the user cannot resolve the fault alone and repairs must be organized, charges may apply (see rental contract).
