Meeting Point: Our agency is located at 19 Rue Jean Jaurès, 44000 NANTES (inside the Ibis Hotel).
Rentals
> For every rental, we provide one lock per bike and at least one puncture repair kit per group (1 inner tube, tire levers, a pump, and Allen keys for saddle adjustment).
> Lighting : Front and rear lights are provided on all bikes except Gravel bikes (available upon request at no extra charge).
> Other accessories : A wide range of additional accessories is available for hire.
Booking & Payment - How to book :
Online, by email, or directly on-site.
Payment methods : Online payment, or credit card/cash on-site.
Please note: We do not accept bank checks or "Chèques Vacances".
Payment for the service automatically implies acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Rental.
Online booking is simple, fast, and secure via our partner, Lokki.
After booking online, you will receive an initial summary email.
Important : We manually confirm (or, in very rare cases, decline) each booking.
You will receive a second confirmation email once validated.
Security Deposit :
A security deposit is required for all bike rentals :
€500 for City or Touring bikes.
€1,000 for Gravel, Electric (E-bikes), or Cargo bikes.
Maximum cap: €2,000 total for multiple bikes.
The deposit is handled via a credit card pre-authorization. The amount may appear on your bank statement but is not a "debit" (no funds are withdrawn). The hold is fully released upon the safe return of the bike.
Note : A deposit is still required even if you purchase the Damage & Theft waiver.
Damage & Theft Waiver :
You may opt for our optional Damage & Theft insurance.
Damage : In the event of breakage (excluding misuse/abuse), we cover 100% of parts and labor.
We guarantee a solution within 48 hours to ensure you can continue your trip.
Theft : You must provide an official police report (filed at a station or online).
Once provided, your deposit will be returned, minus a deductible equal to 10% of the bike's original retail price.
Changes & Cancellations :
Up to 48 hours before departure : Free cancellation or modification.
Between 24 and 48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before departure : No refund possible.
Guided Tours & Weather : In case of light rain, we provide free ponchos. In the event of heavy rain forecasts, we will contact you to reschedule your tour to a different time slot.
